One : One Coaching
A 90 minute initial session will consist of a detail full body assessment. This assessment will identify the health and level of function of each of your joints.
Using the feedback from the assessment a tailored protocol will be created. Using measurable and progressive drills and movements to reach your goals.
All athletic movements can be broken down into segmental parts. This workshop will identify the athlete’s physical limitations and compensations then give the tools to improve joint specific limitations ultimately leading to increased performance and injury mitigation.

During a workshop, I will educated your staff on what is happening to their joints and body during a regular shift, then teach them REAL WORLD and practical movements and strategies to mitigate injury.
